Middle School Students Converge on GuideWell Innovation CoRE for STEM Goes Red
Posted on April 12, 2018
The GuideWell Innovation CoRE™ was recently buzzing with the energy of more than 100 local, female middle school students as host to Greater Orlando American Heart Association’s STEM Goes Red event.
With the goal of inspiring girls to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM), the event featured hands-on learning experiences and powerful interactions with female mentors including our very own Leslie Hielema, Head of Transformation Innovation for GuideWell Innovation.
We were honored to host the students and the more than 70 mentors and chaperones for this tremendous event. At GuideWell Innovation, we firmly support STEM initiatives knowing that interest in these areas today leads to the innovation of tomorrow.
The GuideWell Innovation CoRE™ (Collaborative Resource Ecosystem) is designed to be an epicenter for health innovation—a place to reimagine and reshape the future of health. Contact us to learn more about how you can join us in rapidly accelerating the transformation of the health industry.
